Founded in 1986, Leader Mortgage Company is one of the oldest licensed mortgage lenders in Massachusetts. Leader Mortgage Company earned Fannie Mae’s Technology Leadership Award for the Northeast Region in 1999, and was recognized by former Massachusetts Governor William Weld in 1993.

Leader Mortgage Company’s Chairman and CEO, Sushil K. Tuli, is currently serving as a member of the Fannie Mae Regional Advisory Council. Mr. Tuli was also recently appointed by Governor Deval Patrick as a member of the Massachusetts Home Ownership (“MassHousing”) Advisory Committee.  

James Madigan, President of Leader Mortgage Company, is a member of the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and is presently serving on the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (“NMLS”) panel as an industry expert responsible for the development and review of NMLS tests for loan originator exams. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Madigan also served on the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association (“MMBA”) Education Committee.
