• If you are salaried: Provide last year's W-2 and your most recent two pay stubs.

• If you are self-employed: Provide most recent two years personal tax returns and, if applicable, two years corporation returns. (You are considered self-employed if you own 25% or more of the business you work for.)

• Provide last two month's statements (include all pages) for each bank, stock, mutual fund and retirement account.

• If you own rental property provide rental agreements or most recent tax returns.

• If you are not a U.S. Citizen, provide copy of green card or H1-Visa.

• Provide copy of divorce decree, if applicable.

• Purchase and Sale Agreement or copy of deed (if the loan is a refinance).
