Arlington, MA – Leader Mortgage Company is proud to announce that Sushil K. Tuli, Chairman of Leader Mortgage Company, graduated from Harvard Business School with a certificate from the Owner/President Management (OPM) Program on March 26, 2010.
Established more than forty years ago, the Owner/President Management Program is a rigorous nine-week Executive Education program held over a three-year period, for executives with at least ten years of management experience and who hold a major equity stake in their company. Participants represent a diverse range of organizations from around the world and hold dual roles as owners and chief executives of firms with annual sales ranging from five million to several hundred million dollars. Taught by Harvard Business School’s faculty, the OPM Program focuses on the frameworks, technology and strategic tools essential for success in today’s challenging and global business environment.

Sushil K. Tuli is the Chairman of Leader Mortgage Company, Inc., a full service mortgage lender licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Florida. Founded by Mr. Tuli in 1986, Leader Mortgage Company is one of the oldest licensed mortgage companies in Massachusetts. Mr. Tuli also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Leader Bank, N.A., which was formed in 2002 as Massachusetts newest nationally chartered community bank.
In 1999, Mr. Tuli chaired the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association (“MMBA”), the largest mortgage banking industry association in New England. From 1994 through 1996 and again in 2009, Sushil served as a member of Fannie Mae’s Regional Advisory Council. Currently, Sushil is also serving as a member if the Massachusetts Home Ownership Advisory Committee.
Sushil was selected as a finalist for the 2003 and 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, which is currently in its 23rd year of recognizing exceptional entrepreneurial achievement and excellence. Sushil was also prominently recognized by the Governor of Massachusetts in 1993, and more recently in 2008, for his contributions and dedicated service to the community.
